About Us
My name is Charlotte, and I am an independent dog groomer based in Cranleigh, Surrey.
I have always had a love for animals since I was young and hoped that I would be able to work with them one day.
I previously worked in the veterinary industry for a number of years at both primary care and specialist practices, where I gained a good knowledge of animal care and common health problems that can affect our canine companions.
During 2020 I was made redundant, which forced me to think about what I was passionate about and would enjoy doing. At the time we were looking after a Police Puppy called Billy who was a German Shepherd and moulted like crazy! He inspired me to look into becoming a dog groomer.
After Billy we had another Police Puppy called Paddy, who was a Sprocker Spaniel and my ‘guinea pig’ during my training!
I gained my dog grooming qualification in dog grooming in November 2021 and opened my own business in February 2022. Additionally, I am fully insured and have obtained my canine first aid qualification, so you can be assured your dog is in good hands.
I work from home in a purpose-built cabin, which provides a calm and relaxing environment and a garden for breaks when needed. I work on a one-to-one basis to ensure your dog has my full attention, plus I find this is also much less stressful for the dog compared to being in a busy salon. I use specialist, high quality equipment and products to ensure a great groom.
As an animal lover I do have a few of my own pets, who you may meet when you visit the studio:

Luna is a typical Ragdoll - not the smartest but loves cuddles!
Our newest addition is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever puppy called Obi
